Our earplugs can last months. As long as you keep them in the blister pack they arrive in, or a small non absorbent container made from plastic or similar. Do not put the plugs on absorbent objects such as timber side tables or paper, as they will absorb the natural oil within the plugs.
Overtime the natural oils and Lanolin will be absorbed by your skin and the plugs will shrink a little and start to dry out, this is when they need to be replaced.

Wearing our earplugs poses no harm, as they are crafted from all-natural beeswax and lanolin. These ingredients allow the earplugs to breathe while effectively blocking out noise. Their exceptional malleability ensures a comfortable fit, ideal for nightly use.

Navigating the multitude of earplugs available on the markets can be tricky. Some varieties consist of a ball of beeswax encased in cotton wool, accompanied by additional softening agents like petroleum-based gels or oils. It’s advisable to steer clear of these options. They can prove difficult to roll between your fingers, feeling excessively sticky, and are prone to gathering dirt and hair if dropped on the floor.

Silicone earplugs present their own set of challenges. Due to their inherent hardness, they require a significantly higher temperature to soften for use and once inserted into your ear, the silicone begins to cool and harden, leading to discomfort and potentially even earaches. Once our earplugs are placed inside your ear, the warmth keeps them soft and plyable.

Everyones ears are not the same, we supply enough compound to suit the largest of ears. If you have a smaller ear all you need to do is pull enough compound off so that you get a snug fit. Don't throw it away though, put it somewhere clean as you may need it again after a few months when you noticed the earplugs shrinking a little.
